Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the end user (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you"), and noah4d (hereinafter "the Company", "noah4d", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible athttps://noah4d.lat and any associated mobile applications or software (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you affirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

noah4d is operated as an online gaming service targeting adult players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a player account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your Account:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. noah4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the Player cannot satisfy this requirement.
2. Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must not be a resident of, or be located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.
3. Single Account: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using shared device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent suspension of all linked Accounts.
4. Personal Capacity: You must be acting in your own personal capacity and on your own behalf. Registering or operating an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is prohibited.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period, or any third-party exclusion directive applicable to the Platform. Players who are subject to such restrictions are prohibited from registering a new Account or accessing the Platform during exclusion period.

Account Registration & Security

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. noah4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You agree to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, as an additional layer of Account security.
• You agree to notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until such time as you formally notify the Company of a security breach.

KYC verification is required prior to processing any withdrawal request exceding the minimum threshold. KYC documents accepted include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, or other government-issued identification document. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required for certain withdrawal channels.

Deposits & Payment Methods

noah4d accepts deposits via the following Malaysian-approved payment channels, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which are published on the relevant deposit page within the Platform:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX (all major participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB

All deposits made in currencies other than MYR will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent based on the mid-market rate at the time of network confirmation. The Company accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where fraud is suspected, where the payment instrument does not belong to the Account holder, or where the deposit would result in a breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal above the applicable minimum threshold.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to withold or delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company will notify the Player in writing within a reasonable time frame.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

noah4d offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Each promotional offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, time validity period, and maximum bonus amount.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, redeemed for cash, or applied retrospectively to deposits made before the bonus was claimed.
• Players suspected of abusing bonus offers — including through irregular betting patterns, collusion, or the creation of multiple Accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent Account suspension.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a Player's Account.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is available to verified players making qualifying deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT, or BNB, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply. For players aged 21 and above only.

Betting Rules & Game Integrity

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sports market, or betting product. These rules are accessible within the relevant product interface. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the Platform explicitly provides a "Cash Out" or bet amendment function for that market.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet where palpable error has occurred, including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or the settlement of a market on incorrect information.
• For live football betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and other football competitions — odds are subject to real-time change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that bet upon acceptance.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform system. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant game session.

The Company uses automated fraud detection tools to identify betting patterns that are inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, the use of prohibited software, and coordinated multi-Account wagering. Detection of such activity may result in bet voidance, balance forfeiture, and Account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account with false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Operating or accessing the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including by sharing login credentials.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other players.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice appearing on the Platform.
• Use any Platform content in connection with any other commercial product or service.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While noah4d takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, noah4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, howsoever caused.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, hardware failure, network outages, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from the Player's reliance on incorrect or outdated odds, game information, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game studios, or network operators whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

noah4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Where the Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Where the Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Where regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the Company to do so.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to regulatory or compliance reasons, and no fraud or breach of Terms is established following investigation, any remaining Real Money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method. In cases involving confirmed breach or fraud, the Company reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation and resolution.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

noah4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect players' rights or obligations — the Company will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the Platform and, where possible, by email notification to the registered address on file.

Where changes are minor or administrative in nature (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information), they may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure and withdrawal of any available Real Money balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the noah4d support team in writing, providing full details of your complaint.

The Company will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, further escalation options may be available depending on your jurisdiction of residence.
